Nosotros te recomendamos los siguientes para que la receta sea apta para cel\u00edac@s y vegan@s:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mozzarella vegana.<br \/>\n&#8211; Berenjena.<br \/>\n&#8211; Coliflor.<br \/>\n&#8211; Esp\u00e1rragos.<br \/>\n&#8211; Albahaca, romero y tomillo.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"preparacion-de-una-masa-de-pizza-integral\">Preparaci\u00f3n de una masa de pizza integral<\/h2>\n<p>1. Mezcla la harina de trigo integral, una pizca de sal y la levadura en agua templada. M\u00e9zclalo y d\u00e9jalo reposar 10 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>2. Saca la masa y am\u00e1sala durante 10 minutos, m\u00e1s o menos hasta que veas que la superficie est\u00e1 suave, aunque un poco pegajosa. Para darle m\u00e1s consistencia puedes a\u00f1adir un poco m\u00e1s de harina.<\/p>\n<p>3. Haz una bola con la masa, c\u00fabrela con una cucharada de aceite de oliva distribuy\u00e9ndolo por toda la superficie y deja la bola en un sitio c\u00e1lido. El tama\u00f1o aumentar\u00e1 hasta casi duplicar su volumen.<\/p>\n<p>4. Cuando veas que la masa ha crecido suficiente, dale forma de pizza (puedes elegir el tama\u00f1o) y pon la masa en papel para hornear.<\/p>\n<p>5.
